• Improves HEALTH CONDITIONS related to pollution e.g. heart and lung diseases.
   
• Improves America’s financial condition by NOT sending our petrodollars overseas to oil dictatorships but circulates funds domestically.
   
• Improves America’s security because dictatorial countries siphon off petrodollars to engage in WAR.
   

The artworks should be posted with accompanying curriculum at West Point, Annapolis, Air Force Academy, and Coast Guard Academy, as well as every military installation.

The same process is recommended for collegiate and high school institutions so that America becomes informed that overseas OIL funds WAR.
